Dear Adebunmi and Prince Andrew,

Thank you for your volunteering!

I suppose Simone will determine soon how to work with the Google table and you are more than welcome to add data searched by you both into the table either. It could be of great help to Simone to gather information on the UA-related articles published in online resources of different regions.

Please, be focused as the first priority on the materials related to UASG, UASG members publications and on UA thematic when you are searching for them.

These information will be used further to prepare the UASG Newsletters and to update the UASG website Media page (https://uasg.tech/media/), particularly UA in the News part (https://uasg.tech/uasg-in-the-news/ ).

I have  a good news and a sad news! 

The good news is that Poncelet O. Ileleji, a UA Comms WG member is now leading the UA Events Schedule (Google template <https://urldefense.com/v3/__https:/docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1wRg3hat3DURp8EJYmSnE558lOegM1ljgQqV1eAWmQvs/edit?usp=sharing__;!!PtGJab4!oKs18o8uXLNKCPtXakqR0tXb3neukSpm4SkMwv-gJVm_w3QXsW36MC8rcSEeelaX7DY-5eUr$> ) and you all can add UA events to the Google table so we have actual data on global and regional UA events in place. Congratulations and thank you Poncelet for volunteering your time and efforts!

The sad news, we still have no a person who will lead the UA in the News  Google template <https://urldefense.com/v3/__https:/docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1R46ifvxBhpbflHCsjI9EbGhsfCBj7G1CK2qi9oZHRVQ/edit?usp=sharing__;!!PtGJab4!oKs18o8uXLNKCPtXakqR0tXb3neukSpm4SkMwv-gJVm_w3QXsW36MC8rcSEeelaX7PgaJZA9$> , to gather appropriate UA publications and articles from online media and other online resources to be used on the UASG Newsletters and UASG website page https://uasg.tech/uasg-in-the-news/. We are seeking for a person, who can organize this work and regularly collect new publications on UA-related thematic (for example, via Google Alert or other news aggregation tools, subscriptions to appropriate newsletters, searching the well-known media resources, etc.). Please, let me know if you are interested to take this role by the 1st of September.

The kind reminder, we continue to look for the successful stories on UA implementation to produce UA case studies.  So, if you are aware of such cases right now or in the nearest future, please, do not forget to share them during FY22.

as you know, we continue to improve our regular work on UASG content generation and its dissemination channels externally as well as internally. To make it in a more structured, regular and easy way there were prepared two templates, that I would kindly ask you to look at and actively use on the monthly basis. 

#1 UA Events Schedule  – this Google template <https://urldefense.com/v3/__https:/docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1wRg3hat3DURp8EJYmSnE558lOegM1ljgQqV1eAWmQvs/edit?usp=sharing__;!!PtGJab4!oKs18o8uXLNKCPtXakqR0tXb3neukSpm4SkMwv-gJVm_w3QXsW36MC8rcSEeelaX7DY-5eUr$>  consists of a table where you are invited to add any global, regional or local events (even if you don’t hold or participate in them yourselves but just know about them) with planned sessions on UA topic as well as sessions with participation of UASG members as a speaker/moderator. The table will be used for further aggregation and spreading information on UA events held around the globe to generate content for monthly UASG Newsletters and the UASG website’s online event calendar. You will also be able to use this table to look at what available UA events you want to participate in.

Volunteer wanted: We are also seeking for a person who will be able to take care of these tables to check them regularly and share updates with appropriate Comms WG staff (at least 2-3 times a week) as well as to assist Lilian in the UASG Newsletter content preparation process.
