I echo what Ram suggests.

Let¹s focus our energy on making sure that we lay the foundation to be as
inclusive and efficient as can be. In parallel, we¹ll work on the logistics
needed as we grow as a team.

Agree. My thought is to not get into much detail, and focus on the formation
steps, in line with what you suggest
