FWIW, my team was originally created several years ago to deal with snafus like this related to calendaring and ever-changing international DST.  My manager is still known as the DST guy.

There seems to be some confusion about the time of today’s call.  This seem to have come about because of changes in daylight savings time (some coming in, some going out).
