Hello Raymond

These were excellent suggestions from Shaked, and I don't see any problems
with any of them as the UASG community would choose whoever wins the
election, so there is no reason to exclude anyone from running. According
to my own opinion, there shouldn't be any restrictions on who may run for
the position in the community.

We already have a reduced time span from three to two years, so why do we
only have constraints of two if ICANN permits three consecutive terms?

I believe it is in the best interests of the UA community and UASG to put
the great ideas offered by shaked into action and remove the obstacles.

Best Wishes

Yisrael
