Dear Gallia
I appreciate your prompt response; nevertheless, I had hoped for a slightly more lucid one. If UASG.TECH had all the information I needed, I wouldn't have needed to ask you both.
Anyway, I appreciate you encouraging me to see the Uasg.tech page again because today I have a very different perspective, and I think I understand it now what’s happening till now?

Dear Sarmad and Seda, After visiting https://uasg.tech/about/people/ today, I now think that ensuring a conflict of interest is crucial for every leadership role. I was shocked to learn that many people hold numerous leadership roles within the UASG. How are these leadership positions, such as vice chair of the UASG, chair of one working group, vice chair of another working group, and UA ambassadors, justified? What is happening is that UASG is not abiding by the conflict of interest policies and procedures. How can one person justify holding so many different positions at once? Is there not enough community support for UASG's leadership positions, shortage of right candidates?

Dear Mr. Jain, i hope as a new chair now you will make sure that such blunders dont happen in your term.

Thank you very much!
Wijayawardhana

Gallia, you still have some proven commitment to UASG and a history of working hard to realise its objectives. Although Pavanaja I haven't noticed much of a contribution from you over the last two years; you weren't frequently present at working group and other meetings. I haven't noticed any noteworthy contributions from your end in the prior UASG leadership attempts to accomplish the UASG mission.
