Jim,
All mail servers can be configured technically to send and receive mail for
different Domain Names. For Non-Latin-Email Addresses, the Server has to
run SMTPUTF8, and Sri Lankan Servers run the required configurations. We
have to do a few adjustments to two Servers to comply with your request,
and we will let you know. However, we need to convince email providers to
run SMTPUTF8 by default, and it is a hard convince currently.
