There are some unique considerations for all UA mailing list people to have
the SOI which is not the same for other SO/ACs.

Unlike in At-Large (AFRALO) where only ALS reps/reps of individual members
vote for decisions on leadership in UA everyone on the UA mailing list gets
the chance to vote.

In this case, anyone on the UA mailing list is a decision maker.

Furthermore, if you already have an SOI in the GNSO and you engage in At
Large we don't say because you already have a GNSO SOI you won't do
At-Large SOI when needed. I actually have both At-Large and GNSO SOI.

However, I think it will be okay to have a portion to share the link of our
other existing SOIs in the SO/ACs when creating that of UA.

Let's all welcome the new requirement of SOI for UA. It's long overdue to
know who is who.

Regards,
