[UA-discuss] UASG SOI unclear, what does "Material interest" mean?

Nabil:

Thank you for your reply.

The UASG leadership is requiring SOIs, so the UASG leadership should
take responsibility for the process. It may be that they delegated the
writing of the form questions to ICANN people, but in my opinion they
retain responsibility for understanding the result, and being able to
explain it.

Somebody from UASG will read the submitted SOIs. How will that person
interpret "Material Interest in ICANN UASG Governance"?

Best regards,
