Purposed: This should have been in line to ICANN Board charter at least three-year term for maximum 3 consecutive times.</font></div><div><font face="georgia, serif"> <br><b>Candidates</b>: The restriction that no more than one applicant from the same company may be a member of the UASG Admin Team should also be eliminated because it was not included in either the original charter of the UASG or the charter of ICANN. This restriction deters qualified individuals from applying and nominating themselves, particularly from major corporations like Facebook, Google, Apple, Microsoft, verisign, Afilias etc. Let the community determine whether or not they want more members of the same groups on the admin team when candidates are chosen through community vote.
