<div class="">I was under the impression that UASG was operating under the umbrella of ICANN.</div>
<div class="">As far as I know, all ICANN working groups have as a requirement to compile (and maintain) an SOI. Recently, as both Michele and Maria know, to compile an SOI is a requirement even for being a RALO Individual Member. Honestly, I don’t see what
would make UASG different - unless people feel that UASG is not part of ICANN ecosystem, and will therefore operate under different rules.</div>

<div class="">That people should not be obliged to compile and maintain multiple SOIs is something that goes without saying - again, the EURALO Individual Members are an example, as we accept a GNSO SOI as valid for At-Large, and not requiring duplication.
Pointers to a single repository should do the job.</div>

<div class="">I am curious to hear any objections to such obligation - maybe there are valid reasons that I have not thought about, in that case I may change my mind.</div>

As we have many repeating requests from different members of UASG asking who is who in this mailing list, probably it's the right time for UASG to set a special procedure for all members to download their Statement of Interest before joining the group. It could
be done through Google form or any similar tool and all SOI should be published on the
<a href="http://uasg.tech" class="">uasg.tech</a> with annual update (before each election process).<br class="">

I now think that ensuring a conflict of interest is crucial for every leadership role. I was shocked to learn that many people hold numerous leadership roles within the UASG. How are these leadership positions, such as vice chair of the UASG, chair of one
