What on earth is happening at this time?", but this temporary glitch to a connected user is only the tip of the iceberg, and nothing compared to the close to a billion unconnected in the Global South of which some of my immediate family is a part of. </span></p><p dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.38;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt"><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Arial;background-color:transparent;font-variant-numeric:normal;font-variant-east-asian:normal;font-variant-alternates:normal;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre-wrap">This made me take a particular interest in Universal Acceptance after becoming aware of it and its importance in helping bridge the digital divide during our research for the Project Youth summit before the 2021 Global IGF in Poland.
