What is happening is that UASG is not abiding by the conflict of interest policies and procedures. How can one person justify holding so many different positions at once? Is there not enough community support for UASG's leadership positions, shortage of right candidates?

Although Pavanaja I haven't noticed much of a contribution from you over the last two years; you weren't frequently present at working group and other meetings. I haven't noticed any noteworthy contributions from your end in the prior UASG leadership attempts to accomplish the UASG mission.
