<p>Dear all,</p>
<p>By knowing some of the new vice chairs, I can say to them
congrats, well deserved.<br>
But I also see some really fresh new names, without prior history
in UASG, not knowing who they are and what is really behind voting
for them - what was the reasoning of voters.</p>
<p>Anyhow, it will be very interesting to observe the moves of
leadership in next two years.</p>

lang="EN-US">On behalf of the Universal Acceptance
Steering Group (UASG), we are pleased to announce the
results of the 2023 UASG vice-chair election. As the
</span><span lang="EN-US"><a

moz-do-not-send="true"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">UASG
charter</span></a></span><span
style="font-size:12.0pt" lang="EN-US"> indicates, the
UASG will be <i>“overseen by one Chair and two to three
Vice-Chairs who will be appointed to two-year terms.”</i> <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"
lang="EN-US"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"
lang="EN-US">Interested candidates for the Vice-Chair
positions were asked to submit self-nominations and
Statements of Interest (SOI) by 31 March 2023 through
the

moz-do-not-send="true"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">announcement</span></a></span><span
style="font-size:12.0pt" lang="EN-US">. The UASG
received five nominations for Vice-Chair. Based on the
nominations and the following elections, following are
