<div dir="auto">Furthermore, if you already have an SOI in the GNSO and you engage in At Large we don't say because you already have a GNSO SOI you won't do At-Large SOI when needed. I actually have both At-Large and GNSO SOI.</div>

FYI, the GNSO requires SOIs only from those that participate in a working group and not those (like me) that merely observe the mailing list. If I want to be an active participant then I should have to submit an SOI. And that SOI should be the same as the
SOIs for all other working groups. I have no issue with submitting as SOI, but shouldn't I just have to give you the link to where it already is? I don't want to have to update multiple SOIs every time something changes.</div>
