Dear all,

 

Thank you for registering your meeting time preferences into the poll. Taking into account the wide range of time preferences it was difficult to select one single time that accommodates everyone’s availability. So we’ll try to do alternating meeting times and see how that goes. The finalized meeting times are going to be on every other Wednesday (starting on 1/8/20) at 15:00 UTC and 22:00 UTC.

 

For example:

On Jan 8, 2020 we’ll meet at 15:00 UTC

On Jan 22, 2020 @ 22:00 UTC

And so on.

 

@Sarmad Hussain @Pitinan Kooarmornpatana could you help me with sending the meeting invites for Q1 2020. Let’s see how this schedule works before extending it to Q2.
