Dear UAM-WG,
The agenda for our next meeting is posted below. As promised we will give the new workflow a try, so please do come prepare to discuss and develop a preliminary high-level scope of work for our first project of 2020-2021. We will use our one-hour conference call to kick-start the flow of ideas, pen some of our agreements, but then we will switch to the mailing list to finalize the high-level document.
Also, a very important thing. You may recall we introduced the concept of a project lead. A new role within our group who will be responsible to shepherd the project from start to finish, manage Q&A and other project management related tasks. In this case, we will be starting with Social Media Applications. If anyone is interested please do let me know.
Best,
Dennis
