[UA-Measurement] [Ext] blocking UTF-8 at ascii and EAI addresses

Hi,

I have seen this myself a few days ago (gmail blocked mail from me to myself Monday), and can work on that one case, at least.

In order to work on such things I need a message that’s blocked, the IP addresses, email addresses, message-id, transaction ID, and I need to know that the same pair of servers have exchanged a considerable amount of mail without blocking. I can show you an example of what I need later.

Dear all,

I have noticed that some spam filters or anti-viruses block or quarantine email addresses that use non-latin script characters. Both UTF8 at ASCII and UTF8 at IDN are blocked in most cases.

This is something that we need to look at as soon as possible.
