[UA-Tech] IDN and UA sessions at ICANN78

Hi,

I think I’ve fixed two implementations of that this year. Plus some for which I’ve only put forward code, not had it merged. Most of the top ten implementations are good now, although the top two aren’t. (There’s still work to to do, e.g. some implementations that have better support for https: links than for <mailto:L> mailto: links.)

One major implementation seems to be solving our problem in the other way: A friend told me that Twitter has now shrunk to 0.4% of incoming traffic at his employer. (On a single day, it was higher again on the following day. It’s been dropping steadily.) I don’t suppose it’s because of Twitter’s UA deficiencies, but so what? If Twitter drops out of the top ten, that’s one problem that disappears from our list.
