Dear Colleagues,

This email is to notify you about the latest available tools and documentation for the implementation of the Procedure to Develop and Maintain the Label Generation Rules for the Root Zone in Respect of IDNA Labels<http://www.icann.org/en/resources/idn/variant-tlds/lgr-procedure-20mar13-en.pdf> (the Procedure).

Following the establishment of the Integration Panel<http://www.icann.org/en/news/announcements/announcement-06sep13-en.htm> and the Call for Generation Panels to Develop Root Zone Label Generation Rules<http://www.icann.org/en/news/announcements/announcement-11jul13-en.htm>, the IDN Variant Program team launched the Root Zone LGR Project Workspace<https://community.icann.org/display/croscomlgrprocedure/Root+Zone+LGR+Project> available on the ICANN Community Wiki space.

This workspace provides information on the Procedure, additional setup guidelines for the Integration and Generation Panels, work status updates, reports, panel memberships, and contact information, etc. The workspace will be maintained by ICANN staff and will be regularly updated with work status developments provided by formed Panels.

The most recent publications of the project included in this workspace are the following two documents, Setting up and Running an Integration Panel<https://community.icann.org/download/attachments/42730820/Setting%20up%20and%20Running%20an%20Integration%20Panel.pdf?version=1&modificationDate=1384387812000&api=v2> and Setting up and Running a Generation Panel<https://community.icann.org/download/attachments/42730830/Setting%20up%20and%20Running%20a%20Generation%20Panel.pdf?version=1&modificationDate=1384390998000&api=v2>, prepared by ICANN project team to augment the Procedure by providing an overview of the tasks, organization, composition, etc. of the Panels.

We hope you will find this information helpful and remain available for additional information.

Kind regards,
