[Wp4] Board comments on Annex 6

I agree with all those who are surprised and dismayed by the Board's action.

As Human Rights are the core foundation of Global Public Interest, it is
difficult to imagine them being inconsistent the Global Public
Internet.  On the contrary, any deviation between Human Rights and our
understand of GPI means we have a messed up understanding of GPI and
need to do some work.

I also agree with those who say we need to discuss with the Board and
that we need to understand their concerns so we explain, again, why
these concerns are unfounded.
