As per the Co-Chairs and staff support of the CCWG-Accountability, the only
times available for subgroup meetings are 05:00, 13:00 and 19:00 UTC.
There is a master schedule being kept that will avoid overlaps with other
subgroups and with the CCWG plenary meetings.
