Hello Parminder,

I just looked at the agenda and can't seem to find the "one man one issue"
you refer?

That said, if that indeed has been proposed by the Chair then I agree that
it isn't appropriate. Infact I don't see why anyone should be formerly
tagged with issues raised except where there might be need for
clarification.

I am of the opinion that there should be no limit to issues to be raised so
long as they are within scope. The subgroup should own whatever issues
raised and address them as such.
