Please find attached an updated summary and list of comments based on the
31 January meeting of the sub-group.

The changes from the previous version:


   - Section 10 colour coding revised as requested
   - Official translation of the French comment has replaced the rough
   translation in comment 4.03
   - Discussions on the individual comments have been updated based on the
   raw transcript and are noted starting with 20180131
   - The 31 January meeting completed the first reading of sections 8 to 11
   and proposed some edits to recommendations for comments 1.01 to 5.03
   inclusive.
   - The 7 February meeting will begin with comment 5.04.
