[Ws2-staff_acct] Doc A reminder - your views / thoughts to consider

hi all - we could look into a deferral so long as we make the deadline for
getting the doc in front of the plenary at Copenhagen. Will check that out
and revert back.

Best possible alt slot is 05 UTC on Wed 22nd, but we shall advise ASAP.
