I have done a first pass at including the comments from last week in the
Issue & Solution table fond at

Also Krista, the Complaints Officer, can't attend our next meeting as
she is traveling, so am inviting her for the next one.  Hopefully she
can make it, otherwise will try to find another time for the discussion.
