[Ws2-transparency] WS2 Transparency Subgroup First Draft Doc

Hi all,

Please find attached a first draft of the Report from the WS2
Transparency Subgroup.

I'll note that, in each section, there are one or two "Questions
raised for further consideration". These generally relate to issues
that were raised by the participants in our call on Friday, and which
we haven't been able to resolve yet. We aim to build these into the
document as discussions move forward, hopefully with input from the
broader community.
