[Ws2-transparency] WS2 Transparency - Call with ICANN Legal has been Scheduled

Hi all,

First off – sorry for the silence on my part, mostly it’s been a
waiting game as additional steps forward were sort of contingent on
scheduling a conversation with ICANN legal to sort out their thoughts
on the major issues that remain to be resolved. The good news is – I
just got confirmation on Friday that the call has been scheduled, and
we’re set to chat on August 31.

I’ve been asked to send along an agenda, which I worked up yesterday,
and I am attaching here. This focuses on the major remaining points of
contention, as agreed in our last call. Due to the time pressures
(they wanted to make sure they had a chance to review in advance of
the meeting), I’ve had to send this on directly, but I am open to
adding any other issues you think are pertinent – just let me know.

Otherwise, I’ll be in touch with Bernard shortly to schedule a meeting
to report back, and discuss next steps for finalizing our
recommendations.
