I wonder also if we should establish how and within what timeframe we
can start implementing some of the proposed accountability
enhancements. We probably need a process for doing so that considers WG
finalization, consultation with the broader commuity (by measure or as
package?), timeline to implement (understanding what steps and how much
time various measures will take), etc., also bearing in mind what NTIA's
expectations are vis-a-vis accountability mechanisms as a part of the
transition. Perhaps this already exists?
