Thank you Bruce, that is very helpful. The Board's rationale is not always at all clear and it is too often difficult to understand reasoning other than sheer opposition even when the existence of such reasoning is asserted. This gives, in this case at least, a clear basis that might not have been obvious. Much appreciated.
