[CCWG-ACCT] Dublin schedule changes and work plan

NOT acceptable.

In particular not on such short notice and it seems to conflict with
what was agreed upon, namely moderate extension of the Friday and
Thursday scheduled meetings.

Saturday may or may not be possible.
Monday conflicts with TechDay.
Tuesday and Wednesday conflicts with ccNSO meeting days and DNSSEC.

Who are "AC/SO leaders"? Where are they defined in the Bylaws, and what
can they decide on behalf of others such as appointed members?
