[CCWG-ACCT] Two blogs about ICANN54

Good luck to our Co-Chairs telling attendees on Monday and Wednesday that
the advertised "community-wide discussion" is anything less than a
community-wide discussion. Hopefully, this will be described more
accurately on the schedule as soon as possible, to make that part of their
task slightly easier.

That, and the standing microphones instead of desk microphones, will
challenge us in moving our work forward. (Hopefully, these can be made
into "roving microphones" so we don't have to choose between working and
waiting to speak.) Queue management will also be an issue, if we have
interventions coming from the mikes with people who are not in Adobe.
