The population of the European Union is 508 million.
The population of the USA is 321 million.
Every citizen of these lands has a right to an "individual recourse"
against their government (if it acts unconstitutionally), or against
the perpetrator of any wrongful action that harms their legally
protected
rights.
We shouldn't be intimidated by big numbers.
Why should ICANN be immunised from the consequences of its actions?
