Jonathan,

We need to answer whether the conversion to membership organization
an accountability measure that must be in place for the transition
to occur?

If the answer is no, then we need to decide if we can push it to the
nether regions of WS2 or whether we want to do something else
entirely.

If the answer is yes, then we (the Community) must not blink first.


In my view WS2 is going to die as soon as the ink on the transfer
document is dry.
