The proposal is only in the case where the CCWG proposed reducing the threshold last week from 4 to 3 SOs and ACs, in the case of GAC advice.

The Board continues to support the proposal in the CCWG 3rd draft that the normal threshold for removal of the whole board should be 4 SOs and ACs.
