[Alac-sc-outreach] Developing RALO Outreach Strategic Plans for FY17

Hello Dev and Glenn,

that's a good point below: (quote Glenn) "... that the IGF USA is scheduled for July 13 or 14th". 

In Europe we meanwhile have over 25 national IGF's, all conducted in national languages (except Swiss IGF in three incl. English). Therefore, and as mentioned before, national IGFs are not really an alternative for EURALO's outreach and strategy (except by members *in* the country). We rather need to concentrate on European events which are conducted in English -- what is EURALO's working language (besides the fact that it's no ones' mother tongue).

As we are extremely busy ATM with preparing the Swiss IGF (24 May) and EuroDIG (9-10 June), we cannot update EURALO's strategy before end of June. Thanks for your understanding and
