[Alac-sc-outreach] Some Suggestions on O&E

Thanks Rao for your feedback.

I agree that every RALO has modes of doing outreach - you have a good idea
following the works that have taken place in EURALO and AFRALO (latest GA)
they came up with HOT Topics which they could focus on for engagement. Is
this what you mean.

A lot of outreach has been done and now emphasis should be geared on how
best we can come up with the best engagement strategies to enhance ALSes in
PDPs which remains a challenge as they are new and need a lot of guidance
in understanding ICANN.

For your GA, I think this is a discussion that should start right away. I
am looking forward to the outcome of your GA.
