[Alac-sc-outreach] Creation of At-Large 2017 IGF Workshop Proposal Workspace

Dear All,

With the deadline today 23:59 UTC for filing of IGF proposals, please see
https://community.icann.org/display/atlarge/At-Large+2017+IGF+Workshop+Proposal+Workspace
for the ALAC Outreach and Engagement proposal. I've not seen any of the
other RALO proposals apart from a informal draft EURALO text for us to
compare and alter our proposal accordingly.
