[Alac-sc-outreach] Urgent questions about CROP guidelines for FY19

Daniel

I agree with the others, just get Benedetta in to our next meeting, and get
her to clarify the queries.  Because the guidelines are conflicting and
confusing.

Prepare the questions for her so that she can specifically address what is
important to us all and so that we are not asking the same thing!
