[ALT-Plus] [ALAC-Members] Meeting with other groups in Kobe

Among all the relations with other AC/SO's, the most important one is with GNSO.  This is because, as ALAC represents end-users' interests, we MUST know what the contracted parties (the mainbody of GNSO) want, and thus define our own strategies.

It would also be interesting to observe if there are any "cracks" between the contracted parties and GNSO's other constituencies, and thus define our strategies to our advantage.  :)

  We are already including NCSG, NCUC, and NPOC into our future plans and that is a given. However, as Keith is the new Chair and At-Large used to have a meeting with the GNSO Chair at one stage. But it is just that Heather visited us soon after she was appointed and I guess it would be interesting to hear from Keith and his views about GNSO priorities, and what might be of interest to At-Large end-users.
