[ALT-Plus] Questions for the Board, etc

Hi everyone

Thanks to everyone especially Marita and Bastiaan who have led the
Strategic Plan statement and the team that has been working on the FBSC
document, it is work well done - as per usual when the teams come
together.  The ATLAS teams have started some great work as well.

Another more urgent task - If you have had a look at the Questions for
ICANN64 meetings
<https://community.icann.org/display/atlarge/At-Large+Questions+for+ICANN64>,
you will see that the GAC session is the only one that is fully organised.

But by Feb 18, we also have to come up with some brilliantly innovative
ways for the Board, ICANN Org and the community to implement their
strategic plan and all their other goals for the next few years , as well
as provide some advice on how the Board could work more collaboratively and
productively with their partners to achieve ICANN goals.

We should be able to do this because ADVICE is what we do. Therefore, I
would appreciate some suggestions to be provided on the page that we can
discuss in Kobe or before, or they are going to be short meetings.
Everyone should have access to the page.

Bullet points would be good that we can expand on in our session in Kobe on
Sunday, over lunch.
