Dear community leaders,
During the third ICANN68 plenary session, ICANN org CEO Goran Marby mentioned that we had developed a discussion paper proposing a phased return to face-to-face ICANN meetings, based on initial ideas canvassed on a call with all the SOAC Chairs. In order to continue the conversation on this topic and to kick off planning for ICANN69, Sally Costerton and David Olive would like to convene a call with you sometime next week, if at all possible. Please be on the lookout shortly for an email with a Doodle poll that we hope you can fill out at your earliest convenience. Please also feel free to send a designated representative to the call if you cannot attend it.
