[AT-Review] ATRT on ICANN site and posting of RFP

Brian,

Doug (or his designee) is handling the RFP and will get back to you on this
item.

I don't have an immediate answer on adding an "ATRT box" to the homepage as
this is more of a structural change.  I'll check into it and get back to
you.
