Dear members,

I think it will be helpful we learn from the preparation for presentations
and methodology for evaluating candidates in the previous selection of
consultants. For instance, who knows the procedures how ICANN chose One
World Trust is encouraged to share relevant information and materials as
references.

Regards,

Xinsheng

Subject: Intent to Respond and Clarifications to Request for Proposals:
External Support for A&T Review Process

Dear Ms. Jansen:

With this note I would like to inform you of PRTM’s intent to provide a
proposal in response to ICANN’s recent Request for Proposals: External
Support for A&T Review Process. We are excited to share PRTM’s recommended
approach and qualifications with you and will send you our proposal before
the deadline at the end of this week.

As we prepare our response, we have identified a few, brief clarifying
questions and were wondering if you might be able to provide any additional
guidance. Our questions include:

1. Confidentiality - Will our proposal, including the approach,
qualifications, professional fees, references, and financial information be
subject to release by ICANN or will it be held confidential? Is it possible
for us to put in place a mutual non-disclosure agreement if this is the
case?

2. References - Would it be acceptable to provide references
separately from our proposal? We generally try to clear the release of any
client information with our clients’ and have not had the chance to do so.
Would it be acceptable to submit references once ICANN has completed its
initial review and selections?

3. Budget - Is there a specific budget allocated for this project? If
so, what is the amount? Does it include expenses as well?

4. Deadline - Can you clarify the specific deadline (time and time
zone) on June 11, 2010 for the submission of proposals?

5. Submission - Can proposals be submitted via e-mail, or do you
require a hard-copy submission as well?

We appreciate your feedback on these questions and look forward to meeting
with the ATRT during its meeting on June 18-19, 2010 in Brussels.

Sincerely,

- Dan Hays -
