[AT-Review] FW: AoC External Expert RFP

Just a tiny follow up from our last meeting I did (as I stated I would and
got you permission to) share our list of names and email addresses with
Ralph McKay from Big Pulse (but only recently-  was a tad busy ;-( )   So
that we can review and test a sample survey set of the Public Comment
questions with the aim of harvesting metrics as a snapshot benchmark... So
please be aware that if you get an email from Ralph / BigPulse giving you
log on or poll / voting credentials  this is to allow us to test and play
with the sample system... I did include Olof & Alice in that listing, as
well as non appointed (invited) members...

We might wish to discuss merits of this option in our meeting Agenda in
Brussels.
