[AT-Review] Calendar of upcoming calls and f2f meetings ..

Dear colleagues ..
 
Reference to our discussion, please find attached the Calendar of our calls & meetings ..
I have only changed the date of Oct. 14th to Oct. 11th for our f2f meeting in Cairo ..
This means that the final dates of our Cairo meeting will 11th, 12th & 13th of Oct. ..
I have also deleted the 3rd column as it was supposed to be for each and every member to insert his/her local time ..

Dear All ..

As per our discussion today, attached please find the calendar of our upcoming conference calls and f2f meetings ..
I've added Oct14th to the Cairo meeting ..
and for max fairness I suggest proceeding with 'shifting option two' unless suggested otherwise ..
So please let me know if there's a specific slot that you already know you won't be able to make it and kindly let us know whether an hour earlier or later would be more suitable ..
