[AT-Review] Interaction opportunities with AC's and SO's in Brussels and ALAC option for the Sunday.

Becky et.al.  further to our chat ere allocation of time slots
in Brussels for AC & SO's to meet / engage with the AT-RT The ALAC and
At-Large Agenda now shows  for the Sunday Working Lunch: Accountability and
Transparency Review Team (12:30-14:30) time is as we discussed (full ALAC

I know that gives us a full day  but it also means we can 'digest' more than
just the input from At-Large and the ALAC and get a lot done in the one day
I'll ask Heidi & Alice to follow up with whoever re say a simple boxed lunch
(or similar) for us to work through with.  Also note as this will be in the
ALAC set up space we will have all the usual outreach interaction and
interpretation tools that At-Large uses to aid remote and multilingual
participation.

We also need to check these times with the current block schedule for
meetings as I note  it shows us with the GAC Board JWG meeting with A&T RT
at 1200 to 1300 and I'd noted 1100-1200 in my notes and with GAC: Meeting
with A&T RT  14-1600 hrs  now At-Large can shift / shrink our allocations to
accomodate easily say to 1215/30 - 1345  but we have blocked the full time
out from 1230 to 1430 at this stage...
