Enclosed please mind the minutes of the public sessions as well as the preliminary report.

Feel free to provide me with your comments should content not match your expectancies.

Rest assured that I will edit accordingly.

Also please note that the minutes of the private discussion with the executive staff are currently being reviewed for factual mistakes. Indeed as no recording of this discussion exists, Denise Michel has undertaken a reading of my minutes as to ensure that my words do not reflect any kind of misinterpretation or ambiguity. These minutes should follow very shortly.
