Might I suggest we use the fully accountable vote and survey system that is
 person specific log in and provides full tracking certificates etc., from
Big Pulse  this is the tool ALAC and At-Large uses and it is very flexible
and  VERY secure  remember Doodle is a POLL tool not a Vote or qualitative
survey one... as ICANN already has account relations with Big Pulse I'd be
keen to have us use that and then each person gets individualized vote
credentials for each and any vote undertaken...  Perhaps I can ask Ralph
from Big Pulse  http://www.bigpulse.com/ to make a short Q&A presentation to
our next teleconf  We are very demanding of their services and they have
always met the challenge and satisfied our communities needs (also Matthias
from At-Large staff could assist Alice in learning any admin as he has years
of experience with this now and they are in the same city...
