[AT-Review] Brussels - meeting time with Board

Dear Brian ..
Kindly note that this coincides with the slots Janis suggested during the MdR meeting (and if I'm not mistaken shared with Becky as the coordinator) and are already reflected on the GAC agenda ..
These are the slots already reserved on the GAC agenda on Sun June 20th:
12:00 - 13:00 RT meeting with the BOard/GAC JWG 
14:00 - 16:00 RT meeting with the GAC (may be divided into an open session & a closed one)

Diane Schroeder from ICANN staff called to ask if the ATRT can meet with the ICANN Board on Sunday, June 20 at 2:00p.m. to 3:30p.m.  We have outstanding requests for time with the GAC and the GAC/Board working group.  Janis, (or anybody) could you quickly confirm whether Diane’s proposed time works for us or not so she can lock in a time with the Board.  Thank you.
