[AT-Review] Brussels - meeting time with Board

 Good!  (hopefully everyone else will also concur ;-)

Now when it is 'finally' settled can Brian please confirm with Alice & Heidi
Ullrich <Heidi.Ullrich at icann.org>,  so the room set up and catering is
properly organised for our working lunch with ALAC & At-Large leadership
please I have left some basic suggestions for meetings staff to work with
but needs 'official confirmation ans of course we need to arrange our
interpretors etc.,
